About me
I’m Alisa Schmidt, a Berlin-based certified nutritionist, member of the German Nutrition Society, working with busy professionals and companies. My focus is sustainable, evidence-informed nutrition that supports energy, health and body composition — without restrictive diets.
My approach:
Most people don’t need more information — they need a system that works under real constraints.
In my work, we build:
-
a clear daily structure (meals, timing, flexible options)
-
shopping and cooking shortcuts that save time
-
strategies for office days, travel, restaurants and stress periods
-
realistic nutrition that supports training and recovery
Why I do this:
I came to nutrition because I personally experienced what it’s like to feel low energy and discomfort after meals — and how quickly life improves when nutrition becomes structured and simple. Today I help clients create that same clarity in a way that fits their lifestyle.
Who I work with:
-
busy professionals (management, tech, consulting, entrepreneurship)
-
people who want sustainable fat loss / body recomposition
-
clients who train or want to train consistently
-
companies building workplace wellbeing programs
My Philosophy
Food should support your life — not become a full-time project.
I believe in:
-
simplicity over perfection
-
structure over restriction
-
sustainable habits over short-term diets
-
enjoyment and flexibility (restaurants, social life, travel)
My goal is to help you build a nutrition system you can maintain during busy weeks — so your energy, mood and body feel supported long term.
Certificates and Education
As part of my professional development in the field of nutrition and preventive health, I completed a certified training program in Nutrition and Preventive Dietetics at the Academy of Nutrition in Kazan, Russia.
The studies covered the foundations of nutritional science, healthy eating principles, metabolism, and preventive dietetics.
This training strengthened my ability to analyze dietary habits, understand nutritional needs, and support individuals in building balanced and sustainable eating patterns.
Note: Certificate issued under my maiden name, Melnikova.
